1. Client Information Form: Tell us about yourself, dietary, and medical history.
2. Travel Insurance is mandatory: Share your policy information to ensure you are covered for all situations. For Zanzibar trips only, the government of Tanzania will charge you $45 USD for their own travel insurance.  This does not replace the requirement for Kilimanjaro. In 2026, the government of Tanzania may require this insurance for all trip departures.  We will notify you and add this to your quote if obligated by the government.
3. Flight info Trip Form (after booking your flights) : Let us know your travel plans so we can arrange your pickup/dropoff if included as part of your package.
