1. Client Information Form: Tell us about yourself, dietary, and medical history.
2. Travel Insurance is mandatory: Share your policy information to ensure you are covered for all situations. For Zanzibar trips only, the government of Tanzania will charge you $45 USD for their own travel insurance.  This does not replace the requirement for Kilimanjaro.
3. Flight info Trip Form (after booking your flights) : Let us know your travel plans so we can arrange your pickup/dropoff if included as part of your package.
